Our winter warmer sessions are designed to equip you with greater insight and focus on the key building blocks of a successful and innovative business.

You can decide to attend one or more of the sessions, depending on your business stage and knowledge gaps. The sessions will be workshop-based, with content designed to challenge entrepreneurs to be innovative in their thinking and understanding of customer needs. Plus, it's the chance for you to network and make new connections with fellow entrepreneurs in the creative and inspiring environment of Perth’s Famous Grouse Ideas Centre.

The health capital of the business founder is the most important asset of any business. Yet self-limiting beliefs can often creep into our thoughts and lower our self-regard. However, even in challenging times, it is possible to consciously change how we think about ourselves, and in turn our business. This session will furnish you with tools and strategies to help recognise and reframe unhelpful beliefs. Build more confidence to achieve goals and move ourselves and our business ambitions forward in balance and unison.
